Raised on a working Black Angus cattle ranch in Lemhi County, Idaho, Rachel didn’t just grow up around agriculture — she lived it. From early mornings feeding bulls before school to long summer days running tractors, hauling hay, moving irrigation pipe, and raising market steers through 4-H and FFA, she developed a work ethic and practical knowledge that still shape how she represents rural properties today.

Because she has spent her life working the land, Rachel understands what truly gives a property its value. Her firsthand experience with water rights, easements, access, grazing ground, crop production, and day-to-day ranch operations allows her to evaluate properties through the same lens as serious landowners.
